Click Here Valentine Holiday Shipping Information - Our Busiest Time of Year! DEADLINES For Fed Ex 2 day: Order by 10:00 AM February 9th to ensure that it gets there on the 14h. For Fed Ex Overnight: Order by 10:00 AM February 13th to ensure that it gets there by the 14th. Saturday and Sunday do not count as Fed Ex delivery days and we do not count the weekend days as processing days, we go by business days. If you need Saturday delivery, enter that on the billing page (17.50 extra on top of the Fed Ex shipping fee). We are not making chocolates on Friday, but we do have foil wrapped chocolates such as roses, hearts, lips, etc. in stock to ship. Any orders with chocolate we make (no foil) will take an extra day or two to process because we make it fresh to order so order 1-2 days in advance or be so kind to email us and ask if we may accommodate you! US Express Mail options are the same as Fed Ex 2 day. Deadline for this service is 10:00 AM February 10th. There are no refunds for late shipping by any carrier or us, always keep weather in mind and order early. For US Priority Mail: Order before 10:00 AM February 6th for delivery by or before the 14th. This is not a guaranteed service and we make no shipping guarantees or guarantee a shipping date. This depends on if your order consists of items that may be backordered, special ordered or a large chocolate order. USPS considers Saturday a delivery day. If you need it fast, ask us to put a $5.00 rush on the order for same or next day processing or use Fed Ex. If you order beyond our cut off date, we can't promise it by Valentine's Day, but we will try. Again, our cut off dates are not a guarantee that your package will arrive by Feb. 14th. If you enter your due date that requires your order to be shipped before 7 days out, you will be charged 5.00 rush fee even if you don't ask for it so that we may meet your deadline. If you need it fast and shipped within 24 hours during normal business days, use Fed Ex. If you want your shipment to arrive ON Valentine's Day, we still recommend you pad it one day to allow for bad weather or service failure unless you do not think it will be a problem. Drop shipped items from our distributors may take a few extra days longer to process/ship out, please allow for this. This schedule is for all orders, even if they are not for Valentine gifts. Tracking numbers are emailed the day your order ships, check your spam/bulk mail folder for it if it's not in your inbox. We are so grateful for all your orders, but because we have so many to fill now, we cannot verify if your order has shipped unless you did not get an order confirmation within 24 hours and if you truly did not get a tracking email. Asking us where your package is without checking for your tracking email yourself only slows down the shipping process for everyone. Don't be sorry by delaying, order your Valentine gifts early! We will do everything we can to get your order to you by Valentine's Day and we will try to let you know if there are any problems that arise. The post office is closed for the holiday and they will not be delivering. We are still taking and confirming on line orders and will be back to business as usual on the 22nd. Fed Ex is on a normal delivery schedule and we will be shipping everything with this carrier. Uh, Oh . . . Snow Days January 18, 19, 20, 2012 We are more than likely not able to ship out any packages today with more than a foot of snow on our island. Fed Ex and USPS Priority Mail will ship out on the 23rd. We will be closed this day and will not be shipping packages. Fed Ex is still delivering on this day, but we are not shipping Fed Ex packages until Tuesday, Jan. 17th. Please plan accordingly. The web site is open and we are still processing orders and answering email. Winter Holiday Shipping Schedules Deadlines For New Year's Eve: We will be open up to the 29th, so please order by 10 am PST for same day shipping. Use the appropriate shipping methods described below for Christmas shipping with same terms. Most of the staff will be on holiday vacation. We are closed 12/30, we will not be shipping any packages that day. See you on the 3rd! Happy New Year! Christmas We will close early 12/23 and be closed 11/24 - 11/25. We are still confirming orders during this time. The USPS might have some difficulties with the weather and delays may occur because of bad weather in many other parts of the country. USPS Priority Mail Deadline - 12/19 10:00 AM PST. This is depending on how busy we are, if your items are in stock, etc. will determine if we can get it to you in time after this date. We do not guarantee delivery dates with the USPS Priority Mail service and we will make no promise when it arrives, only a promise and proof of a tracking number that we shipped. Fed Ex 2 Day Deadline - 12/21 10:00 AM PST. We will guarantee that we will ship your package on time but if Fed Ex doesn't ship on time, we will not be responsible for late packages. Fed Ex is your best bet for on time delivery, but keep in mind, nothing is perfect and sometimes bad weather, bad airplanes or bad Karma can be a problem. Out of stock items, special orders or large custom chocolate orders will take longer to fulfill, please allow extra time by ordering early. Fed Ex Overnight Deadline- 12/22 10:00 am PST (Same terms described with the Fed Ex 2 Day deadline is the same for Fed Ex Overnight.) USPS Express Mail - Use the same exact terms described with all Fed Ex deadlines. Your package should arrive by 12/24 if you order by 10:00 am the 22nd. There is no guarantee that it will arrive on that day in all cities. International: We don't ship with Fed Ex Express or UPS International, so only US Express Mail might get your order to you in time if you order by 12/19. Please understand that we are very busy this time of year and we cannot make any exceptions to process your order faster or go beyond the deadline dates, we appreciate your understanding. You should pad the processing time a day or two because of the holiday rush and if the delivery is delayed by the carrier, you will not be disappointed if they have an extra day or two to deliver. You must consider that the carrier may run into weather problems this time of year. If your chocolate order is exceptionally large, we may not be able to finish it on time. Please order early to avoid any disappointment. If we confirm your order to ship by a certain date, we promise to get your order out in time and will have proof of shipment, but if the carrier does not deliver on time, we cannot give shipping or product refunds. For Hanukkah Dec. 20th - 28th, 2011 Hanukkah begins Dec. 20th. please order with at least 2-3 days before you need delivery and use Fed Ex overnight, 2 day or US Express Mail if you need to have it rushed. You've got 8 days to play around with for the delivery dates if the package doesn't have to be delivered on the first day. Thanksgiving Shipment Deadlines Order by 1:00 PST 11/22 and your foil wrapped turkeys and/or leaves will arrive on Wednesday with Fed Ex Overnight. Order by 1:00 PST 11/21 and your foil wrapped turkeys and/or leaves will arrive on Wednesday with Fed Ex 2 Day. Order by 10:00 PST 11/18 with USPS Priority Mail and your order should arrive by the 24th, but this is not guaranteed. There is a good chance your shipment will arrive by Wednesday even if you place your order by 10:00 am 11/21, but delivery is not guaranteed. We are closed 11/24 - 27th and will reopen on 11/28. Verteran's Day We are open 1/2 day Friday 11/11/11, but the US postal service is not delivering mail and we will not be able to mail anything out. Fed Ex will be operating on a normal schedule. Closed Monday, September 5th in observance of Labor Day We will not be shipping any packages on September 5th, nor will you receive packages that day. Please place any Fed Ex orders with at least a full day or two to spare. For example, if we ship anything for you on Thursday with Fed Ex 2 day, your package will arrive on Tuesday. Independence Day USPS (US Mail) and Fed Ex will not be delivering on Monday, July 4th. We will still process your orders on line and answer any email questions you have. We will resume shipping on Tuesday, July 5th. Memorial Day We will be closed Monday, May 30st in observance of Memorial Day. Any orders that are submitted after 10:00 am May 26th, will be processed and/or shipped on or after Monday, May 31st. We will not be shipping any orders on Monday and you will not be receiving any mail or express shipments this day. Any Fed Ex order placed after 10:00 am May 26th will be shipped on Tuesday, June 1st as long as the order does not contain a large amount of hand made chocolates. So, if you select Fed Ex 2 day and submit your order by 10:00 am May 26th, your order will arrive on Tuesday, June 1st because Fed Ex does not count any weekend or holiday day as a delivery day. We are still taking and confirming on line orders during the whole weekend and will respond to your emails. Have a great long weekend! Father's Day Shipments For Fed Ex Overnight: Order by 10:00 AM June 18th to ensure that it gets there by the 19th. Fed Ex does not deliver on weekends unless you pay for Saturday special service. Any order with chocolate might takesan extra day or two to process. For Fed Ex 2 day: Order by 10:00 AM June 17th to ensure that it gets there by the 19th. USPS Express Mail: Order by 10:00 AM June 18th to ensure that it gets there by the 19th or 20th. Express Mail takes one to two days for delivery. It is not a guaranteed overnight service, but the USPS Express Mail Service does deliver on Saturday. For Standard Shipping with USPS Priority Mail: Order by 10:00 AM June 11th for delivery by the 20th. This is not a guaranteed service. Fed Ex 2 day to arrive on Friday is 10:00 AM PST 10/27. Fed Ex 2 day day to arrive on Saturday is 10:00 AM PST 10/28 (extra 17.50 service charge). Fed Ex overnight to arrive on Friday is 10:00 AM PST 10/28. US Express Mail to arrive on Friday or Saturday is 10:00 AM PST 10/28.
