American SIZING: Check your lady's
panties for the size, don't guess. Underwear sizes are different than pant
sizes. Underwear Sizes: Small is about a 5 or less, Medium is about
a 7 and Large is about a 9 or more. Pant Sizes: 0-5 is about a small,
5-10 is about a medium, 10-14 is about a large. Small-Medium is about 0-8,
Medium-Large is about 9-14. Be warned, size 14 is bordering on plus size
and our large might not fit her. If her breasts are very large and her
body is small, let us know, we'll try to supply items that won't be so snug and
be adjustable in the top. If her bottom is big and her top is small, let
us know, we suggest you go with thong sets as they fit better (plus they're
sexier!)
We offer plus sized panty and linger clubs for
an additional 5.00 each shipment. Just order large and email us for the
size change.
Canadian first class shipping is $6.00 extra per month.
You can request faster shipping for a higher fee.
Other international shipping is calculated by destination.
**Shipping guarantee is only with Fed Ex or
Express Mail, not US Priority Mail, let us know if you need a target date or if
US mail cannot be delivered to her home. We can use Fed Ex 3 day if
needed. Insurance is 2.50 extra for each package shipped, so if you'd like
to add insurance to each parcel, please let us know.
Returns are not available for our clubs on
lingerie, merchandise or treats unless product malfunctions or lingerie was found damaged
in original packaging. If you want to stop your subscription, we will
issue a store credit or you may switch to our chocolates of the month club.
Lingerie is purchased and reserved for your subscription. We can use it
for another subscription, but it creates overstock. Please contact us immediately and follow our return
instructions. If sizing is a problem, contact us within 72 hours for an
exchange or to make your next shipment a better fit. Size Large does not
fit larger than size 12 pant size. Panty club will not
fit extra large sizes. Please ask for Plus Size. Insurance or
signature required may be added to each shipment for an
additional $2.50 ea. service per month. Insurance will cover loss in transit, delivery
to wrong address by the post office or damage during shipping only. Please email us if you have a
damage claim on an insured package. Chocolates will not be included during summer
months. Sales and coupons are not valid for panty or
lingerie club.
